In order to keep our inventory the highest quality possible, we have limited consignors to 200 items per consignor code. Please carefully check your things and bring your best! It is our experience that a consignor who brings 125 great items will do better than a consignor who brings 175 items that are poor quality or out-of-date and/or priced too high.
An entire outfit is only considered one item as long as it can be sold together. This new limit encompasses clothing, toys, shoes, books, furniture and other items.
**If you have more than 200 items in EXCELLENT condition, you may open up additional codes. Each code will be subject to the $11.50 consignor fee and 200 items may be entered for each code you open.
Option 1 - You will get your printed bar-code labels during Consignor Drop Off (Thursday, August 2, 9AM-7:30PM) and you will place the stickers on the string tag in-store. (Don't forget to print your inventory sheets and bring them with you!)
Option 2 - Pick your bar-code labels up at our "Early Bar-Code Pick-Up" (Monday, July 30 from 3PM-7PM at Rhema NRC) and label your items (place the bar-code sticker on the string tag) at home. When labeling, ensure the bar-code is all on one side... if you bend/wrap the bar-code, it will not scan. Then bring your already labeled items to the store on our Drop Off Day - Thursday, August 2 from 9AM-7:30PM. We will still honor the guarantee IF you bring your items to the store IN NUMERICAL ORDER as they were keyed in (Don't forget to print your inventory sheets and bring them with you!).
Option 3 - Print your barcode labels at home using a COLOR PRINTER and ensure alignment is accurate. Follow the directions CAREFULLY that appear after you enter your items. Labels that are not printed correctly will have to be re-labeled in store during drop off. Label your items (place the bar-code sticker on the string tag) at home. When labeling, ensure the bar-code is all on one side... if you bend/wrap the bar-code, it will not scan. Then bring your already labeled items to the store on our Drop Off Day - Thursday, August 2 from 9AM-7:30PM. We will still honor the guarantee IF you bring your items to the store IN NUMERICAL ORDER as they were keyed in (Don't forget to print your inventory sheets and bring them with you!).
We are allowing volunteers and consignors to bring either their spouse or parent with them to help them shop, not a sister or best friend. You may give your guest pass to your sister or friend & meet them at the Guest Sale later in the evening. Our volunteers and consignors have worked hard to earn this special shopping privilege and we want to honor them. We will be checking!
We love your children, but please leave them with your husband or a friend during your shopping time, if possible. Pre-Sale will be very busy and it may be difficult for you to keep your child right beside you. (This will make it a more fun shopping experience for you as well!) You can always give your guest pass to a friend as a thank-you for watching your children. Just bring a tape measure and their measurements and enjoy a mom's night out!
We suggest you set the price at 25-30% of the retail value. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We have an abundance of 0-12 month sizes, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Maternity and Junior's clothing are also in abundance so price these competitively, also.
Absolutely! You will need to register separately for each event by going to each website. (Example: To consign in both the Broken Arrow and the South Tulsa events, you will have 2 consignor codes- one for the BA sale and one for the ST sale).
We accept plastic hangers (any kind) and wire coated hangers. Please do not use bare wire hangers - they can be dangerous and when old, they rub ash onto clothing. We recommend you use children's plastic hangers for sizes 7 and below and large plastic hangers for sizes 8 and above. No wire hangers, please!
Place them in a Ziploc bag and then after we inspect them (during Consignor Intake/Drop-Off), seal the Ziploc with clear packing tape. This is important!
First, be sure to affix the barcode label to the string tag; do not stick it directly onto the item or the bag. Then attach the string tag to the item and tag inside the bag. Make sure the tag is visible.
We suggest you bring a laundry basket with your name on it. Large bags will need to be checked at the door. We will have a limited number of shopping carts and bags at the store.
If it meets our "excellent quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a Ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group.
Wrinkled clothes do not sell! We will likely send them home to you if they are extremely wrinkled. Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the more likely they are to sell!
Yes, you may enter additional batches.
We are not able to accept ANY clothing that has odor of any kind. When it is hung on the rack with other clothes, the odor spreads. We must be sensitive to children and families with allergies and we absolutely cannot sell any items with smoke odor, pet odor, or any other kind of odor. Clothing with pet hair is also not acceptable.
