HANGERS – in order to protect your clothing items we only accept plastic hangers. Find plastic hangers at Wal-Mart, Target, Dollar Stores. Retail plastic hangers are acceptable too.
STRING TAGS – Avery White Marking Tags Strung (size 1.75 x 1.093 inches) are required on each item to affix our barcode labels to. You can find these at Wal-Mart, office supply stores, the Rhea Lana Store or large quantities may be purchased from Amazon.
You’ll also need re-sealable bags (for shoes, small toys, etc…), masking tape, scotch tape, sharpie, and safety pins. For large quantities of quality safety pins we recommend ordering from Cleaners Supply .
If you would like to print your barcodes at home you’ll need adhesive address labels size 1” X 2 5/8” (30 up). We recommend ordering from Amazon Here. Please note: all labels printed at home MUST be printed in color.
We encourage you to bring your best items so that you sell a high percentage of your items! Work smarter not harder. It is our experience that a consignor who brings 125 great items will do better than a consignor who brings 175 items that are poor quality, out-of-date and/or over-priced.
1. Maternity Clothing is limited to 15 hangers per consignor. The limit includes clothing only.
2. Juniors Clothing is limited to 15 hangers per consignor. The limit includes clothing only.
3. In order to keep our inventory high-end and of the highest quality, we are limiting consignors to 200 items per consignor code. Please carefully check your things and bring your best! It is our experience that a consignor who brings 125 great items will do better than a consignor who brings 175 items that are poor quality, out-of-date and/or priced too high.
An entire outfit is only considered one item as long as it can be sold together. This new limit encompasses clothing, shoes, toys, books, furniture and other items.
**If you have more than 200 items in EXCELLENT condition, you may sign up for additional consignor codes. Each code will be subject to the $11.50 consignor fee and 200 items may be entered for each code you open.
The better they look, the better they sell! Please take time to wash and iron your clothes if necessary. Please check for stains, holes, broken zippers, torn hemlines, etc. We will be double checking at the store and will not receive any item that is not in excellent condition.
ACCEPTABLE ITEMS FOR THE BROKEN ARROW SPRING & SUMMER EVENT - We will accept spring and summer clothing, as well as lightweight jackets (no coats), lightweight pants, khaki pants, jeans, and long-sleeved shirts that are spring like in fabric and look (although, they sell better in the Fall). We will not accept fleece**, heavy jackets, sweaters, sweats**, corduroy clothing, or snow boots. We ONLY accept name brand, game day, and graphic t-shirts. We do not accept formal dresses. Dont forget to consign your Holiday outfits such as Valentine's Day, Easter, 4th of July, rain gear, sun hats, swimwear, and pool accessories!
** We will accept name brand hoodies. Ex: Patagonia, North Face, Nike, Under Armour, etc.
** Maternity Clothing is limited to 15 hangers per consignor. The limit includes clothing only.
** Juniors Clothing is limited to 15 hangers per consignor. The limit includes clothing only.
ACCEPTABLE ITEMS FOR THE BACK-TO-SCHOOL FALL & WINTER EVENT - we will accept all fall and winter clothing, as well as shorts, short sleeved shirts and capri pants (although, they sell better in the Spring)! We will not accept spaghetti strap type shirts, tank tops or sleeveless shirts (unless layered with shorts or fall/winter apparel), swimwear, sandals, or flip flops - save these items for the Spring & Summer event. We do not accept formal dresses. Don't forget to consign your Halloween costumes, Holiday & Christmas outfits, snow suits, winter jackets and winter accessories!
Please only bring your like-new shoes!
1) Put a piece of masking tape on the inside of each shoe. Write your consignor number, shoe size, and price on each piece of tape. We can still sell them if the string tag falls off.
2) String tags need to be placed on the shoe. Safety pin the string tag to a shoe lace or loop it through the shoe eyelet.
3) Shoes need to be zip tied or safety pinned together (so they stay together). You may place shoes inside a Ziploc see-through bag if you are unable to zip tie them or if they are white, just remember shoes sell better out of a bag where shoppers can see them!
We do not accept queen or king size bedding (sheets, blankets, quilts, comforters, etc.). It is best to package a bedding set together in its original clear plastic bag with zipper. Large Ziploc bags can also be purchased (Walmart, Target, Dollar Store, etc.) to keep bedding clean and together. You can also use twine or rope to securely wrap the bedding together.
Groups of bottles (remove nipples), bibs, rattles, socks, bows, etc. must be grouped together appropriately in Ziploc bags. Seal with clear packing tape. Tape or pin tag to Ziploc bag. Please write your consignor number and price on the Ziploc bag... so we can still sell it if the string tags falls off!
Must be clean and in working order (batteries included.) Small parts must be bagged and attached to the main part very securely. If parts get separated it will not sell. Games should be taped closed. Puzzles, books, videos and small toys should be grouped accordingly and put in Ziploc bags. Secure with clear packing tape and tape/pin tag to the Ziploc bag. Please write your consignor number and price on the Ziploc bag... so we can still sell it if the string tags falls off! Puzzles should be wrapped securely in clear Saran wrap to keep the pieces intact. TOYS NOT PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY WILL SLOW DOWN THE CONSIGNOR INTAKE PROCESS.
We will only accept Beanie Baby, Disney or other character/name brand stuffed animals in like new condition.
Large Little Tikes Toys and Furniture are in high demand! When tagging large toys it is best to also attach a piece of masking tape to the toy with your consignor number and price on it. This will enable us to sell your toy even if the tag comes off! We sell 95% of Toys, Furniture and Baby Equipment!
Toy recall information- Due to the high number of toy recalls during the past year, we will be inspecting toys very carefully. We reserve the right to pull any toy that we think might have been recalled. To help us, please do not bring any toys that have been subject to a recall. You may check the following website for current toy recalls: www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/category/toy.html. Also for a helpful resource made available by the Consumer Product Safety Commission Click here.
Crib Policy - We will NOT accept any cribs manufactured before Dec 31, 2010.
For cribs manufactured between Dec 31, 2010, and June 28, 2011, we can accept them if they have a certificate of compliance and have not been recalled. A certificate of compliance would have been included with the purchase of a crib manufactured between 12/31/10 - 6/28/11. The certificate states that the crib met the standards that were going into effect on June 28, 2011. For cribs manufactured after June 28, 2011, we can accept them if they have not been recalled.
Your car seats/bases must be less than 5 years old OR within one year of the expiration date on the manufacture sticker. Manufacture sticker is typically found on the bottom or side of the car seat or base. It must not be subject to recall or have been in an accident. You must be the original owner. You may check the following website for current recalls: www.carseat.org/Recalls/179NP.pdf All seat covers and straps must be thoroughly cleaned. You will be asked to sign a car seat waiver at Consignor Drop Off. Car seats will be closely inspected for safety reasons.
